Military Lodging Texas - Event organizers are encouraged to read the information and download the necessary forms to request military support from the Texas Military Department. All community support requests must be submitted at least 150 days in advance. Applications received within 15 days of the event will not be considered.
Reservations for Marine Corps Temporary Recreation Housing are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis to all authorized patrons. All others will receive a billet on a space-available basis. A list of all facilities and booking information can be found here.

Marine Corps
The Texas Military Department (TMD) strives to educate the citizens of Texas about the mission, role and capabilities of Citizen Soldiers and Airmen serving in the National Guard. The Navy Lodge Central Reservations Center (CRC) toll-free number is 1-800-NAVY-INN (628-9466). CRC is located at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida and provides service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also order a print copy of the Navy Lodge Worldwide Directory from this center.
Naval accommodation can be booked in advance as follows: Coast Guard facilities do not have a central reservations office, but you can find contact information for each recreation area in the MWR Coast Guard Leisure Accommodation Facilities Directory.

When you call, remember that the time zone of your destination may differ from your local time. Some Coast Guard facilities allow reservations as early as 3 months in advance, while others can be scheduled with as little as 7 days' notice.
